Internal Control Policy

The Board has delegated the responsibilities of Internal Control to its Audit Committee, that shall keep oversight and periodically review the Internal Control System of the Company in coordination with the Internal Auditors.

The main objectives of Internal Control are categorized as follows:

  • Performance Objectives: To ensure assets protection, operational efficiency and effectiveness and risk mitigation.
  • Information Objectives: To ensure reliability, completeness and timeliness of financial and management information; accuracy of recording & adequacy of disclosure.
  • Compliance Objectives: Adherence to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies & procedures.
