HR and Remuneration Committee
The Company is committed to the objective of promoting investor confidence and the rights of shareholders by:
- Review of HR Policies and Procedures Manual of the Company;
- Ensure that a fair, transparent and competitive remuneration mechanism is in place that encourages the culture of “pay for performance”;
- Approving the appointment, compensation package, promotion/demotion and renewal of the employment contracts of Executives (except CEO, CFO, CS and HOIA);
- Annual review of evaluation of performance of the staff;
- Oversight of other Human Resource functions including but not limited to review of Company’s organizational structure, training and development, succession planning of key executives etc.
